Preparation:

Execution:

Set a friendly and informal tone before the panel starts to help

nervous panelists relax.

Involve the audience by encouraging questions and conducting

polls to increase engagement.

Use a central microphone for audience questions to avoid delays

and maintain a smooth flow.

Listen carefully to questions and rephrase them if necessary to

ensure clarity for the panelists.

Know when to politely wrap up discussions to keep the

conversation moving.
