In this episode, we hear from Glenn Jones, People Consultant & Author of ‘Human Resources Changes the World’. Glenn will be discussing his career to date - how he left school with one O level, how he has worked his way up within HR, and about the Doctorate that he is now undertaking.

Glenn has held senior positions within HR transformation projects at some well-known blue chip organisations such as Ecolab, Tesco, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, HSBC and Imperial brands. He is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and CIPP.

Glenn will be sharing his key learnings along the way and will in particular be discussing why some HR transformation projects fail.
