Philip Dana is the Head of HR for Dendreon. Dendreon is a commercial-stage biopharmaceutical company and pioneer in the development of immunotherapy. They are most notably known for their flagship product, PROVENGE which was the first FDA-approved immunotherapy made from a patient’s own immune cells. This product is widely used for the treatment of prostate cancer.

Phil has spent many years in HR and is an official member of the Forbes Human Resource Council.
