تمرین « گوش کردن» است.
شنیدن با گوش کردن بسیار متفاوت است.
در گوش کردن، تمرکز و دقت بر بیان شخص مقابل وجود دارد.
،خوب گوش کردن  ،از عوامل بسیار مهم و موثر در ایجاد ارتباطات سالم  بین افراد است.  پیامد تمرکز و دقت بر صحبتهای  شخص مقابل، واکنش صحیح و پاسخ معقول و منطقی است و نیز میزان یادگیری در کودکان به طور شگرفی افزایش خواهد یافت.
یکی از اهداف آموزشی رادیو صفا ، تقویت  تمرکز و دقت شنیداری کودکان  می  باشد.
کودکان برای همراهی با روند برنامه ،تهییح به گوش دادن ( و نه صرفا شنیدن) می شوند.و صد البته که این اتفاق علاوه بر یادگیری کلمات و واژگان، در بهبود و ارتقائ بیان آنها نیز تاثیر شگرفی خواهد داشت.
