The Inaugural Episode of "Parenting The Champion " ,depicts the journey of Arjuna awardee Indian Badminton player & Superstar - HS Prannoy , along with his Inspiring father , Mr P Sunil Kumar .
As a retired Serviceman , Mr Sunil might have had limited resources or funds , but he had (& still has) Unlimited Energy , Spirit & Resolve ; that he infused into Prannoy through personal demonstration.
He helped Prannoy build the Character ,that Success could ill afford to elude .
The Parents of young athletes take their wards to Major Training Centres for Coaching .
They strive to provide the Best of Resources , the Best of Coaching , the Best of Facilities & the Equipment to the Young Athletes , who sweat it out , day in & day out , for months & years ; to break barriers & attain major milestones .
Prannoy ,till the age of 16 , was Coached by his father Mr Sunil ; who had no formal training for Coaching . Yet Prannoy broke major barriers & booked his place within the National team .
