What do HSPs want for Christmas?  They probably want everyone to just chill-out and relax a little.  On this episode  Michelle shares her personal experiences with something she calls Seasonal Spiraling, and she explains to The Captain how everyone's anxiety around the holidays triggers her own anxiety.  Introverts and HSPs don't hate Christmas.  They just enjoy different aspects of the season than a majority of the population.
