#013 - This is a topic that I find really fun and so important. But it is something that most people of all ages do not consider at all. 

And that is how our body, our immune system, our health, our mental outlook, and our metabolism are affected by the food we eat!

Most of us, nowadays, no longer eat for survival alone. Food is readily available. It is very social. But our food is so calorie-dense and we usually eat without thought, and we eat way more than our bodies actually need. 

That, plus a more often-than-naught sedentary lifestyle, has led to some pretty significant health issues and excessive weight in much of our population.

But it doesn’t have to be that way. You can reset your body and your metabolism. And your mindset. 

It starts with a little education like the interview you are about to hear. Then awareness of how you personally are affected by food. And then perhaps the desire to be more mindful about your health, and then the DECISION to make a lifestyle change.
