#61 - Today's topic is about the importance of emotional health and how crucial a role it plays in your life, your life choices, your perception about yourself, and your outlook on life. 

Stress plays a significant role in all our lives, but it is often particularly dominant in high-achieving entrepreneurs and professionals. This stress very often leads to burnout and Dr. K knows exactly how that feels.

He is currently a physician, but before this, he was on Wall Street for 8 years, a VP at Goldman Sachs, and before that a double major at Cornell University, an Ivy League school, in biology and economics, no less. That is so impressive! And from the outside, it looked like he really had it together. But, behind the scenes, things were falling apart. 

Dr. K’s personal journey to overcome Imposter Syndrome, which we will be discussing, is what led to his ability to reclaim his emotional health and to stop chasing joy and start living in wonder.
