In episode 113 of How To Matter, I continue the series on helping children with school and learning problems. Focus is on children who get bad grades and those youngsters who have trouble asking for help or refuse the help that is offered. These two signs are intimately connected. Children who get good grades do not need help or more likely have figured out how to get the help they need and where to get it. Children who get bad grades likely are not getting the help they need; and if they don't know how to get it or refuse offered help, their situation will only get worse. The podcast offers a few suggestions for helping those children.
