He was the second African American ever to serve as the Chief Master Sergeant of the Air Force. Titled by many as” Enlisted Jesus” for his action in the position and tireless determination to help the men and women serving in the Air Force. Chief Wright talks about life before the Air Force, hurdles he overcame, and life as the CMSAF. He takes us behind the curtail on how he used his platform to start some much-needed uncomfortable conversation and the advice he gave the incoming CMSAF Chief Bass as she took over.
