The Food and Drug Administration and the Hudson Harvest company are recalling Hudson Harvest Tomato Basil Sauce.  The jars containing this product spontaneously swell, leak, and burst suggesting the presence of gas-producing micro-organisms that can poison.  Affected is lot# lot # 1042426.

This product was sold in New York, Connecticut, and Massachusetts during from May through June 2024.
