Today my guest is Hugh Keir. Former three Paras regiment sniper, military advisor, and host of the podcast, H-hour.

 

Hugh served for 11 years as a sniper in the Paras, and in 2008 he received the oldest award for gallantry for his actions in Afghanistan. Watch this interview as we discuss what it takes to make a sniper, what it feels like to be in the firing line, and how that affects mental health.
