This episode is Scene three in Wrigley Days, the second play in The Silverfields of Northbrook  trilogy. It's late summer 1958. Cindy Silverfield, 7, visits Aunt Phyllis Gordon (Shirley's older sister) in Chicago as they shop for just the right Hula Hoop.  Aunt Phyllis buys Cindy a bright blue hoop and they ride the Sheridan Road bus north to Belmont Avenue. The bus driver, Ralph Kramden, is all smiles for our Hula Girl.
