Mahalaga ka. Kaya lang may mga tao sa buhay mo na toxic para sayo. They're like vampires and drain the joy from your heart. Karamihan sa mga taong ito ay ang mga tinuturi nating mga kaibigan. And the more  we spend time with them, the more nawawala ang pagpapahalaga natin sa sarili natin. In this eipsode, I share about 2 things we can do to take care of our self-esteem.
