In episode 4, we will earn what are channels and how to select the relevant channels for a message.  An example would be using a multimedia channel to enhance a speech that can incite or influence the feelings and emotions of listeners. We can also apply the principles of channels to a cross-cultural scenario. An example would be to use a cultural event as a channel to convey a cultural message.
