Dr Garth Covernton is a University of Toronto Arts and Sciences Postdoctoral Fellow working as part of the pELAstics project, which aims to understand how microplastics pollution might affect various ecosystem processes. We talk about the human consumption of microplastics - like "how much?", "where from?", and the potential consequences to human health.
