With a defined Throat Center in Human Design, I’ve always felt confident in my ability to communicate—ideas, thoughts, and logic come easily to me. However, when it comes to expressing emotions, I often find myself feeling blocked, disconnected, or unable to fully articulate what I feel. Then there’s my daughter. She also has a defined Throat Center, but hers is directly linked to her Emotional Center. For her, emotions and words are intertwined—she speaks straight from the heart, effortlessly expressing her feelings. The key difference? My Throat Center is connected to my Ajna, while hers is directly linked to her Emotional Center through two strong channels. This seemingly small distinction profoundly influences the way we each communicate.
