Have you ever felt like you're living someone else's life? That somewhere along the way, you lost touch with who you truly are at your core?
The journey back to our authentic selves is perhaps the most profound work we can undertake. As children, we naturally embody our true essence – but slowly, through conditioning from parents, teachers, society, and culture, we adopt layers that aren't truly ours. We forget who we are.
In this deeply personal episode, I share the transformative tools that helped me rediscover my authentic self after years of operating in ways that depleted rather than energized me. From Human Design's revelation that I'm a Manifesting Generator with a 1/3 profile (explaining my need for variety and learning through experience) to astrology's insights about my 12th house placements and North Node journey, these systems validated aspects of myself I'd always felt but never fully honored.
Perhaps most profound was discovering my Life Path 33/6 in numerology – the Master Teacher and Healer – exactly when I was contemplating leaving real estate to pursue more meaningful work. The synchronicity was undeniable.
What makes these wisdom systems so powerful isn't just their accuracy, but how they give us permission to embrace our natural tendencies rather than fighting against them. When multiple systems point to the same truth about who you are, it becomes increasingly difficult to deny your authentic nature.
The beauty of self-discovery is that it's a continual evolution. The version of myself I embody today feels more authentic than ever before, yet I know in a few years, I'll have grown into an even truer expression of my essence.
