Psychic medium and Reiki master teacher Sarah Tolson, a 1/3 Generator, joins Carly to explore her undefined throat, open heart center, and the channel of conviction (34-10). Sarah shares becoming a mom at 17, translating complexity at work, and her cold digestion. Plus: the difference between responding and waiting for the invitation.

Sarah Tolson is one of the warmest, coziest presences I know... and this conversation proves it. Sarah is a psychic medium, Reiki master teacher, mom, and 1/3 Generator. We met through our dear friend Nicole, and I could talk to her for hours.

We start with her undefined throat. Sarah is the person in every meeting who hears where two people are talking past each other and translates. Then we get into her open heart center, and Sarah shares the story of becoming a mom at 17, the aunt who gave her marriage a year (they just passed 25 and a half), and the Channel of Conviction that kept her going. We also untangle a frequent point of confusion in my readings: Generators respond, they don't wait for the invitation. Spirit also had me bring up her cold digestion... and it turns out she knew why!

Carly talks with Kellie Donoghue, her friend since 6th grade and a 1/3 Splenic Projector. They cover waiting for her Manifestor baby's invitation, leaving a role that was built for a Generator when she felt burnt out and misaligned, what HER signature of success feels like as a Projector, the 26-44 and 10-57 channels, outer vision, and Gate 57, that comes with hearing patrol good enough to make her a one-woman alarm system.
