We are so grateful to have Christy Yael join us today for an interview where she helps us gain a deeper understanding of the world of Human Design.  Christy is an accomplished owner of multiple businesses and shares with us how her spiritual journey not only helped deepen her relationship with herself but has also guided her in business and raising children. 

 

We asked her to break down just a couple pieces of the large complexity that is Human Design to help us and our listeners understand it better.  She breaks down the different Energy Types and touches on our personal Profile Lines. She gives many examples of how understanding ourselves better, using tools like human design, gives us so much to work with when navigating what it is we want and how we interact with the world around us.
