In today's episode, we dive deep into Human Design with Kaydee Desjarlais.  She introduces what human design is, how it was discovered, and how we can access it.  While it is a pretty detailed chart that she discusses for both Teal and me, there are a ton of tangible nuggets that I walked away with that will immediately impact my and Teal's world.

• Did you know you can use a Human Design Bodygraph to tell when your child may want to eat or what they may want to eat?
• How can the messages in the chart help you understand how your child learns best or what their stressors are?
• Why is it not a priority for certain children to give you eye contact?
• Did you know that a defined emotional solar plexus may mean you make decisions over time? And an undefined solar plexus may mean you make decisions instantly?
• Is it good or bad to have a defined or undefined authority?
