We have perfected the concept of Human Capital Development Through Sport since our organization, COMETSA, was established on the 1st August 1997 in Johannesburg, South Africa. We were established as sport development organization, specifically football. We used football to mobilize the youth and launched our own enterprise development project that led to the formation of COMETSA GoC International (Pty) Ltd as a fully fledged Human Capital, Management, and Leadership Consulting company as we know it today.
