Our podcast guest today is Haydn Belfield. He is an Academic Project Manager at the Centre for the Study of Existential Risk. The area he is specialized in are the existential risks grouped around emerging technologies. Some dystopian examples would be: swarms of killer drones, robot soldiers running amok, fully-automated hacker programs, democracies crumbling under KI-run election fraud and computer inducted collapses of financial systems. What is the most likely area that will arise and be abused in the near future because we have the most progress in?
