Dr Karl Bridges is the Managing Director of HFEx, based in New Zealand. He is a member of the Human Factors and Ergonomics Society of New Zealand (HFESNZ) and is a past president too. He is also a fellow of the CIEHF.
In a wide ranging discussion, Karl and Barry talk about how Karl came to emigrate to, and make his mark in New Zealand. They also talk about imposter Syndrome, pandemic experiences and how the two countries can support and learn from each other.
Underpinning the discussion is the fact that Barry and Karl worked together for a period, and therefore it was a great opportunity for a catch up too.
