Welcome to Human-Machine Relations, the podcast that explores how people and technology are shaping the future of work, creativity and communication. In this first episode of Season 2 we will explore how comms practitioners can monitor and manage what LLMs say about our organisations. I'm joined by Dennis Bylov Dalgaard, who has researched and published on the issue of AI relations, and he will be sharing his insights on why LLM should be viewed as a stakeholder and how PR practitioners can go about that task in a practical sense.
Today’s episode is the last episode in the first season, but fear not! Human-Machine Relations will be back in October with a brand new season, and a fresh lineup of guests who will be give us their expert insights. Before we say goodbye, I will highlight a few comments and questions from listeners, including the big "what will we all be doing in PR in 10 years" question, managing LLMs as a reputational stakeholder, and the Movchan fake PR profile scandal, so I'll outline some thoughts on these before signing off for the summer.
