許多中國人不在意的原因？資訊審查、宣傳重穩定經濟、集體主義、未直接感受問題。
如何鼓勵獨立思考？用VPN看國際媒體、學批判思維（如Coursera）。
我們為何要關注中國：
台灣人：了解經濟軍事宣傳，練習批判思維，危機準備，爭取國際支持，保持穩定。
歐美：掌握經濟軍事人權，保護貿易安全民主，維繫全球影響力。
中國人：打破資訊封鎖，訓練獨立思考。
What are human rights? Inherent rights, including freedom of speech, religion, freedom from fear, ensuring dignity and equality.
Why do many Chinese people not care? Information censorship, propaganda prioritizing stability and economy, collectivism, lack of direct experience with issues.
How to encourage independent thinking? Use VPNs to access international media, learn critical thinking (e.g., via Coursera).
Why should we care about China?
Taiwanese: Understand economic/military propaganda, practice critical thinking, prepare for crises, seek international support, maintain stability.
Westerners: Grasp economic/military/human rights issues, protect trade, security, democracy, and maintain global influence.
Chinese: Break through information censorship, foster independent thinking.
