We are coming to you live this morning from the Birchwood Hotel in Ekurhuleni where Minister of Human Settlements, Water and Sanitation, Lindiwe Sisulu, is convening a Human Settlement Indaba. This is the first one in the 6th administration. One of the things the Indaba hopes to do is strengthen strategic partnerships with sector stakeholders to realise spatial transformation, adequate housing and security of tenure through the provision of 1 million housing opportunities and an improved quality of living environments.
