In 2024, Humane World for Animals launched Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) as part of the efforts to foster a culture of inclusivity, diversity and belonging at our organization. ERGs are volunteer networks of employees who share common characteristics, backgrounds, interests or lived experiences.
