Born in Indianapolis, Jennifer had a picture perfect childhood until the age of 11 when she lost her mom very suddenly. She took all of her emotions out through playing sports and had no idea at that time how to really process her grief. After college, Jennifer spent the next 15 years in sales and had the best year in 2016. She also turned 34 that year and had the epiphany that her mom was 34 when she passed. At 34, Jennifer suffered a life changing stroke that required weeks of both in patient rehab and outpatient therapy. Jennifer shifted her perspective and found her WHY then created Just Commit Coaching to help others who are where she'd been and WANT to get to where they want to be and who they want to become.
