#252: COIVD-19 patients are surrounded by healthcare workers with covered faces. As a way of humanizing themselves to patients, some workers are attaching smiling photos of themselves to their gear. We think it’s a great start and discuss how we try to humanize ourselves with our clients through our collectibles, and merch.
