In this episode (our first full video episode!) we speak with Mike the Cop. Mike is a police officer whose has a YouTube channel focused on creating humorous, engaging, and educational content on topics in and around law enforcement. In this conversation, we talk about police-public relations, and specifically an organization Mike is a part of called Humanizing the Badge. We talk about police perception, and how different people come to have different experiences with law enforcement. We also touch a couple of specific policy topics including whether police should carry Narcan and firearms legislation.
