Job-seekers are extraordinary humans and the Silent A-Listers in the job market.  At best they’ve been challenged and at worst, they’ve been through hell. They need help not hurdles.

The recruitment and selection process encompasses many parts, so today I am  going to talk about a few of those parts and to get us thinking about doing things differently and challenging traditional methods of days gone by – in essence, putting the human factor back into the recruitment process.
