Humans Discuss Being is slightly different this week. There is no interview with a fellow human. Instead, I am speaking for a short amount of time (less than 20 minutes, hurray!) about therapy: what it is and how to get it.

January is typically a time of year where people consider engaging with therapy. I know from experience this can be a daunting and scary prospect. In this podcast episode I impart whatever little whippets of wisdom I have acquired about what therapy is and how to go about getting a therapist, what usually happens in the first session etc.
