A prayer and meditation, humbling ourselves before God's mighty throne.  The Word speaks to humility many times and is consistent throughout: we must humble ourselves.  He promises we will be exalted and receive grace.  We must repent of all kinds of pride and find ourselves with knees bent before Him.  As old Lewis said, we must not think less of ourselves, but think of ourselves less.
