What an amazing ride it's been. Thank you all for sharing this experience with us. It's been an amazing 3 years. Thanks for listening.

This week we check out Psalms 101 and discuss the idea of sticking with the basics. In our Christian walk, there can be many things that distract us from the simpler things of our faith. Even things like family and ministry can distract us from simply guarding our thoughts. Join us this week as we look at examples from the Old Testament and discuss strategies for keeping up with the basics.
Why does it seem like so many prayers go unanswered? Does God really hear our requests and what should we do when heaven seems silent? We hear so many questions like this from Christians today, and we've probably asked them ourselves. What should our approach be when we pray and how do we align our motivations toward the will of the Father? Join us this week as we review scriptures from the book of James and discuss what's really at stake.
Have you ever stopped to think about how you really think about yourself or how you introduce yourself to others? What name do you give yourself? Do you believe what God says about you? Join us today as we discuss.
In this week's episode, we talk about those circumstances that pop up and cause us to react in a way we're not so proud of. What's the first thing that pops into your head when your boss asks you to stay late? Is it okay to bite someone's head off if you've given them a dozen chances to listen? Join us as we discuss the contents of our heart and what the Bible says about renewing our mind.
We're back! After taking a few weeks off, Humble Hearts is back with a new discussion topic. This week we talk about being in a pit. Many struggles in life can feel like being at the bottom of a pit. However, Psalms 40, verse 2, says that "He set my feet on a rock." Join us as we discuss this verse and what it takes to start making our way out of these pits.
This week we dive into the first few Chapters of Philippians. Paul's letter to the church makes the case that we are to put others' needs before our own. Paul gives us several great examples of this dynamic and also offers a word of caution for those with the wrong motivations.
This week we continue our discussion on self but from a different angle. How often do we talk ourselves out of following God because we only view the circumstances through our own abilities or our desires? God wants us to trust Him. Focusing on individual limitations can lead to self-doubt and ultimately doubting God's ability to work through us.
This week we jump into part two of our series on Self. Proverbs chapter 25 and verse 28 states that a “Man without self-control is like a city broken into and left without walls.” Our lives and the lives of those around us depends on our ability to control ourselves and bring our will in line with our Father’s will. Without self-control we are left vulnerable to the attacks of the enemy and the influences of the world around us.
This week we start a short series on the topic of Self. This episode tackles the idea of living a holistic life before God. Our Father created us spirit, soul and body. It should be our goal to bring all three parts into right order under submission to God. Join us as we discuss more about bringing our whole selves before God.
