How to stay humble yet wildly successful in today's marketplace….

Well, today we will be talking to Jason Helmintoller, Branch Partner and Loan Officer (NMLS ID# 262674) with Alcova Mortgage.  He has an amazing story!  He is the most humble person that I have spoken to and he comes from Alleghany County County, which has a population of about 15,000 people. He's got a team of five to six loan officers, three to four processors, and a production partner. And when I asked him how many loans did you guys do last year, Jason was like about 1,130. And I almost fell outta my chair because that's about 80% market share in his area. And so if you're a lender or realtor that's listening in today, you're like, how do I do that?
