As achievers and hustlers we are always looking for the edge and always looking for a way to beat the competition; and yes at times it can come at the cost of our authenticity. Being authentic is the secret weapon that’s not really a secret. People crave to identify and relate to the leaders influencers and anyone that they look up to. When you allow people to get a look into your authentic life and authentic self you’re actually empowering them by letting them know that everything is not always perfect.
