It's still November, which means it's still National Gratitude Month! So this week, I'd like to offer up a guided meditation that can help us appreciate the little things in life. Remember, when we truly embrace gratitude, we can quickly shift our focus from the negative to the positive things in our lives. Learning to be grateful helps us appreciate the little things in life that we tend to take for granted, which in turn, brings about a deep feeling of satisfaction that fulfills and nourishes us. It is my belief that if we paint our lives with gratitude, our lives will become the masterpiece we truly desire to see.
