So last week, we talked about taking back our breaks. And we discussed the benefits of a vacation, stay-cation, play-cation, and if nothing else, taking 5 minutes to ourselves to recalibrate. I have a friend that told me he struggled with taking those 5 minute breaks and jokingly, challenged me with an idea. This week's episode is a direct response to that challenge. While it starts off with some laughs, we get to some serious and very helpful stuff right around the 1:30 mark.
