Hundreds of people gathered in Auckland last night to remember the late Prime Minister of Tonga, 'Akilisi Pohiva and reflect on the legacy he has left behind. Different Tongan church denominations were represented at the Free Wesleyan Church of Tonga in Mangere for the prayer service. NZ Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern, along with Deputy PM Winston Peters and government ministers and officials were there also. Tongan Advisory Council chair Melino Maka was at the service and he joins Pacific Breakfast for more.
