These are the chapters where Katniss and Peeta reach the Capitol and are given makeovers to prepare for their debut. It all sounds so glamorous until you remember they're children being made to slaughter one another for the entertainment of others. We also find out what an Avox is, and Katniss struggles with guilt because she failed to act all those years ago.
