Cindy’s a therapist in Brentwood, TN who uses the Emotionally Focused Therapy (or EFT) model to work with individuals, couples, and families to repair relational ruptures and create safety and trust. She has completed an EFT externship and core skills training as well as trainings in Emotionally Focused Family Therapy and Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy. She’s also a certified parent trainer in the Trust Based Parenting Intervention.
