Sharni Campbell is the Founder and Director of SC People, which she launched in 2021 and is the Co-Founder of the Hunter Diversity and Inclusion Collective.

Her business, SC People specialises in real estate, property and financial services recruitment and aims to be ‘more than a recruitment service’ by building close, trusting relationships with both their clients and candidates. 

Sharni is a deeply passionate advocate for the incorporation of best practice recruitment methodologies. Through her role with the Hunter Diversity and Inclusion Collective, she helps create more diverse and inclusive organisations within the Hunter community.

In her spare time Sharni enjoys early morning fitness sessions and delving into a good podcast, particularly by the ocean.
