Karen Ansen founded her business, Karen Ansen Consulting, in 2019 with the intention of creating a consultancy firm that challenged the traditional perception of Workplace Law and Human Resources.

She is passionate about delivering practical solutions and is an advocate for positive change in the workplace and everyday life. 

Karen previously sat as a Director of Meals on Wheels and Central Coast Sports College. She’s currently on the Committee for the Industrial Relations Society NSW and is always finding ways to contribute to the local community and providing support for disadvantaged groups. 

In her spare time, Karen co-runs a business called The Paint Party Colour Collective, where party groups participate in several astrology and cartomancy activities, including tarot and angel card readings, to harness energy when creating their own artworks.
