Matt Taylor is the Founder of Heart HR, a human resources consultancy based in Newcastle.

Heart HR provides professional services for small to medium sized businesses seeking independent HR advice and support.

Matt holds a Bachelor of Environmental Management from Cranfield, UK, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Newcastle. He has over 20 years of general management experience in the not-for-profit, government and private sectors, but has always gravitated towards people-related roles and issues.

Outside of work, Matt spends time providing his support to a number of local charities including Path 2 Change and the Annual Ride for Sick Kids in support of Ronald McDonald House – fitting well with his passion for cycling.
