Diane Loong is the Managing Director and Co-Founder of Skildare, a HR consultancy providing a range of recruitment and workplace services.

Di has had almost three decades of HR experience, commencing with a decade of corporate HR, before specialising in the small-to-medium enterprise market.

She is driven to provide smart and pragmatic HR solutions and leads with a creative approach to achieve the best outcomes for her clients.

Di begins her busy days getting the kids to school before attending meetings, taking numerous calls, and writing reports, policies, and contracts. All before returning to collect the kids from school and heading off to swimming, sports-training, or a sneaky ice-cream.
