Jane McConville is the Founder and Principal Consultant of FiveSeven Consulting, which provides businesses with modern and innovative ways to problem solve, while also working to develop and deliver strategies for success. 

Jane’s work at FiveSeven sees her assist businesses and their leaders to manage complex people problems, while helping them to build stronger internal management capabilities and systems.

In addition to her work as a Specialist Consultant, Jane has over 20 years of professional experience working across a broad range of industries including HR, Disability Support and Education.

Outside of work, Jane enjoys staying active and social. She loves horse riding, bushwalking, the occasional glass of wine, and can do an impossible number of burpees without breaking a sweat.
