Jared Gilkison is the Director and Senior Account Manager of R&M Insurance Brokers, which specialises in creating innovative insurance solutions for marine, civil, industrial, and earthworks industries.

After joining the family business in 2013, Jared has taken the reigns from his father and now oversees the day-to-day business operations with his sister, Sarah Topliss.

When Jared isn’t in the office, he likes to keep a low profile and spend time with his family.
