Mark Boswell is the Director of Operations & Co-CEO at local IT provider, Strategic Group, where he has been working since 2009.

With a background in behavioural science and customer relationship management, and an MBA from Newcastle University, Mark is dedicated to creating positive company culture and ensuring his team has the best training and tools to deliver exceptional service to their customers.

He believes that organisations are only as good as the people in them and the goals they set for each other.

A proud Novocastrian, Mark can often be found surfing off the rocks at Merewether and spending quality time with his family.
