Amanda Saunders is the General Manager at Novaskill, which is where her corporate journey began in 2006–experiencing the Vocational Education and Training sector for the very first time as a trainee.

Thisearly exposure to vocational training has since shapedherperspective and vision forthe future of what VET can contribute to the Hunter region. Since then she has obtained various qualifications, been promoted through different divisions at Novaskill, and has taken time away from the business to broaden her skill set in Human Resources.

Fast forward to today and Amanda now holds her GM position, where she is responsible for overseeing and delivering the operational and strategic objectives of the business.Sheworks closely with the management team to implement key objectives and deliver a continued professional service to the community.
